This website is published by Freddy Media LLC of Atlantic Beach, Florida. By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not, please do not use the site.
02What you can do here
Read it, share it, quote it with attribution, and get in touch. What you may not do: scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, republish our writing as your own, misrepresent your identity in a form, or use the site to break the law.
03Our content
The writing, design, photography, video and code on this site belong to Freddy Media or to the people we licensed them from. The Freddy Media name and marks are ours. Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear here to identify work we have done.
Our newsletter is free to read and free to forward. It is not free to republish as your own.
04What you send us
When you fill in a form you are telling us you have the right to share what you have sent. Please do not send confidential material through a web form; if something is sensitive, tell us and we will set up a proper channel first.
If you send us an idea unprompted, we cannot promise it is confidential or that we are not already working on something similar.
05Client engagements
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Anything we actually do together is governed by the proposal and agreement we both sign, and where that agreement differs from this page, that agreement wins.
06Examples and figures
Case studies and numbers describe work we have done for specific clients in specific markets. They are shared to show how we work, not as a prediction of what you would get. Where a figure is still being verified, we mark it rather than publish it.
07Links and embedded content
We link to other sites and embed videos from YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Once you follow a link or play an embedded video, that company's terms and privacy policy apply to you.
08Availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we publish it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or current, and we may change or remove any part of it.
09Liability
To the extent the law allows, Freddy Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Duval County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11Changes to these terms
We update this page as the business changes, and the date at the top moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
